Conference Housing

A credit card is the preferred method to guarantee your reservation.
Conference Housing will not charge your credit card. All payments will be made directly to the hotel upon check-in.

Cancellations and Changes:
Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to your date of arrival or a one-night room charge may apply.

If you do not show up on your scheduled arrival date a one-night room charge may apply.
Prior to July 14, 2012
All hotel reservations, date changes, name changes, and cancellations must be submitted to Conference Housing.
Contact us by email at info@conferencehousing.com by phone at 877-385-9595 or fax your request to 877-385-9595.

On or After July 15, 2012
Contact the hotels directly for all date changes or name changes. Please contact Conference Housing with any cancellations as we will try and use your reservation for another attendee. Your mailed confirmation letter will include all contact information for the hotels.

No - Anyone attending The National can book these rooms

The web site only allows me to book one room at a time?
Yes - Please contact us directly for group blocks

The Hotel does not have my reservation in their system?
Conference Housing does not turn in our group list until mid July (don't worry our rooms are contracted and guaranteed for us)
You will not show up in their system until after July 15, 2012.
If you'd like to make a changes before this date, please contact Conference Housing.
